Your tasks: Manage handover procedures and coordinate all fabrication and quality documents for all packages according to the defined handover strategyProvide support to quality inspectors on the project, assisting with deliverables as neededCoordinate the compilation of as-built documentation within the project packagesImplement quality management tasks for operations during the construction phase, including monitoring the status of as-built documentation, ensuring compliance with Employer Requirements for the Reference Designation System for Power Plants (RDSPP), and coordinating participation in acceptance testsEstablish handover requirements, document the handover process across workstreams, and ensure the transfer of all relevant information into a centralized systemProvide detailed explanations to site inspectors regarding asset handover requirements according to the contractConduct audits of suppliers during operations, review and confirm Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Record non-conformities and establish preventive actions based on failure analysis during operations Your profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant fieldA minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure projectsA Minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in O&M within offshore wind projectsProficiency in English, proficiency in Polish would be a plusWillingness to travel to construction sites within Europe You can expect a challenging and varied role.We offer the opportunity for independent and responsible work in a dynamic team and an extraordinarily interesting work environment.
