Description & Requirements Who we are looking for Apply if you:Be willing to work as part of a team, build relationships and contribute to the positive and supportive culture of the practice;Possess an analytical mindset including distinctive problem solving skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity;Want to participate in a research and data analysis project focusing on Polish stock market companies with a significant qualitative analysis component;Understand (or want to learn) how to read financial statements, compensation reports and similar documents published by Stock Market companies.Your qualifications: Bachelor's degree or graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar;Very good MS Excel skills;Experience with qualitative data analysis from extracurricular activities or internships;Fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken); Your future role As a part of the HC Workforce Transformation and People Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to: Conduct research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis;Support the creation of a high-profile Deloitte report;Collaborate with a regional team of Human Capital experts.
