Your primary responsibility lies in the seamless integration of new functionalities within the sales domain, ensuring a customer-centric approach prevails. This position requires a sophisticated understanding of Dynamics 365 to translate complex business needs into practical user stories, effectively prioritizing the backlog to align with our strategic sales goals.In this role, you are dedicated to maximizing the value of our sales processes and systems. Developing a vision for how our sales operations can evolve, defining specific enhancements, and breaking these enhancements down into manageable backlog items for the Scrum team are key aspects of your job. You serve as the essential bridge between business stakeholders, Scrum team members, and end users, guiding the project from conception to completion with a keen eye on enhancing sales performance and customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities: Spearhead innovation and the complete lifecycle management of sales tools and processes, focusing on Dynamics 365.Work in close collaboration with global and local Sales Communities to co-develop a product roadmap, driving features from concept to launch in a dynamic environment.Engage with cross-functional teams, including analysts, UX/UI design, engineering, and user enablement, to deliver on the product vision.Utilize data insights from Dynamics 365 to develop products that yield actionable outcomes, directly enhancing sales performance.Operate primarily within an Agile framework, continuously evaluating business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, and prioritization, specifically focusing on enhancing the sales experience.Act as the business owner of the Dynamics 365 Sales application, developing, owning, and executing the product roadmap.Collaborate with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for Dynamics 365 users.Translate product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, ensuring final user acceptance.Maintain and communicate the status of the sprint backlog for Dynamics 365, balancing stakeholder requirements.Lead the product functional design process, leveraging an intimate understanding of sales users and Dynamics 365 technology.Define and implement go-to-market plans, ensuring all company areas are equipped for success.Develop, maintain, and communicate appropriate metrics and reporting to assess product performance and inform future investment.Ensure product compliance with industry standards and best practices.Provide, maintain, and update knowledge base and training materials related to Dynamics 365 for internal teams.In essence, your role as a USFA Product Owner for Sales Experience with Dynamics 365 is to champion the enhancement of our sales capabilities, ensuring that our team can leverage the full power of Dynamics 365 to achieve outstanding sales results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Qualifications & Skills:3+ Years in Product or Project Development: experience in leading and managing product development cycles.Technical Knowledge & Business Acumen: an understanding of both the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 and the business processes it supports.Experience with Software Launch and Agile Principles: Established background in launching software/products in partnership with engineering teams, and a deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.Experience with Data Solutions and Diverse Delivery Mechanisms: Familiarity with delivering data solutions (dashboards, APIs, real-time alerts) Admin Portals Knowledge: Understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Platform admin centers, and PowerApps admin portal for effective management .Expertise in Microsoft Flow: Proficiency in using Microsoft Flow for workflow automation, crucial for Dynamics 365 processes .Canvas Apps Development: Ability to create rich UI experiences for mobile platforms using canvas apps, enhancing user engagementPowerApps Component Framework Skill in developing custom controls with PCF to seamlessly integrate UI into Dynamics 365 applications .Certifications: Holding relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Dynamics 365 Fundamentals and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core is a must haveAttention to Detail: Precision in customization and programming to ensure the solution meets the client's needs and budget
