You'll manage resources, track progress, and mitigate risks while maintaining clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Your leadership and proactive approach will be key to driving successful project outcomes.Your main responsibilities will be the following:Performing critical path analysis and implementing work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.Program management of strategic programs for the Business Unit and cross-functional business processes. Coordinating internal & external resources and third parties/vendors for the on time, within scope and within budget execution of the project.Developing detailed project plans to track progress and measure project performance (SPI/CPI, Earned Value, variance).Identifying and managing changes in project scope, schedule and costs following the appropriate processes.Performing risk management to minimize and mitigate project risks.Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring the team is fully aligned with the deliverables and standards set in the gated review process.Delivering clear and timely communication to team, cross-functional departments, and leadership.Driving root cause analysis when product issues occur using tools such as fault-tree analysis and fishbone diagrams.Who we’re looking for:As a part of our Program management team you should have the following:Master's degree in Economics or Engineering, preferably in Computer Science or ElectronicsMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in project and team management within a diverse, multicultural settingProven track record of successfully leading the end-to-end launch of two productsPrior experience in managing cloud, connectivity or software projectsHigh level of English (speaking and writing)High level of Polish (speaking and writing)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating leadership and decision-making capabilities.Ability to identify needs of the organization and/or customer, articulate necessary proposals and see projects through to completion.Ability to execute programs along with Agile and Hybrid methodologyStrong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.Excellent forward thinking skills and ability to foresee and manage program risks.Proactive and strong interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.Nice to have: (e.g. PMP from PMI) or significant practical experienceExperience in managing programs where HW development and Manufacturing is involvedWhat we offer:We offer a variety of flexible working arrangements and development opportunities for you to grow at Carrier.
