Expected, E-commerce Platforms: Shopware, Magento, Product Information Management (PIM) Systems: Pimcore, Akeno, Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerceOperating system, Windows, macOSYour responsibilities, Active sales of LemonMind products and services., Market analysis and effective prospecting for potential clients interested in implementing and maintaining PIM, DAM, MDM, e-commerce, B2B, CPQ systems, along with related IT solutions for business process automation, including AI., Actively expanding the client portfolio in both Polish and international markets., Conducting sales meetings with potential clients., Managing the proposal process, from understanding client needs to preparing clear, persuasive offers., Conducting presentations and demos for clients, negotiating offers, and closing sales by finalizing contracts., Execution of established sales strategies and plans.Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in selling IT systems, products/services to B2B clients - a necessary condition. Successes in the industry of acquiring customers for e-commerce / PIM services., Business Skills: understanding of business processes related to e-commerce and product information management. Ability to identify customer needs and adapt the offer to their requirements. Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners.Good analytical skills, experience in gathering client requirements and specifications., Technical skills: knowledge of e-commerce and PIM systems services and products. Understanding the topic of system integration. Familiarity with solutions such as PIM, DAM, MDM systems, ERP platforms, Big Data, e-commerce platforms, CMS, and IT solutions for business process automation. Expertise in business development methodologies and tools such as CRM and sales research platforms., Knowledge of Industry Trends: tracking trends in e-commerce, PIM and AI. Understanding market needs and adapting business strategy to changing conditions. Proficient handling of IT industry matters, data integration and migration, and enterprise system implementation, Communication and negotiation skills: advanced communication, research, and client needs management. Strong interpersonal skills, including positive relationship building., Work organization: excellent work organization, proactive attitude, independence, and sales goal determination. Understanding of offer lifecycle, solution design approach, and cost estimation.Ability to conduct system presentations. Creating offers and presentations. Willingness to occasional business trips., Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, computer science, or related field., Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1 / C2 proficiency level) - mandatory.
