Your role will be to identify and build a professional relationship with high-value accounts in and outside of Europe, primarily in person , and introduce them to Droids On Roids. You will be: Contacting and engaging directly via meetings with our potential customers in and outside of Europe – if you identify yourself as a digital nomad who loves to spend most of your work time in face-to-face contacts and business trips , that might be a match ✨ Working closely with the Sales and Lead Generations Teams to research and identify high-value accounts by implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics , making sure it’s aligned with Droids On Roids’ growth strategy and revenue targets Executing strategic outreach, ensuring our initiatives and multichannel strategies are focused on personalized engagement Working not only with people but also with the data – monitoring, analyzing, reporting performance, and measuring key metrics should be (nearly) as exciting to you as direct meetings with potential clients Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the deadlines Being in touch with trends, market insights, and newest account-based marketing strategies – and willing to share them with the team We want you on board if you have: Proven work experience (at least 5 years) in similar sales roles (fieldwork) at a software consulting/development company – that’s a must The mindset: I have a goal, I go for it, so we know you are totally result-oriented An understanding of mobile and web technologies that enable you to dive into technical details with potential clients (what native/hybrid app development is, when to use it, what Node.js/React.js is, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, also proven by previous experience in contact with senior stakeholders and C-level executives Customer-centric approach mixed with strategic thinking skills – a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to create personalized marketing campaigns that resonate with your target is a key factor for us Analytical skills, so you can analyze campaign performance data , draw insights, and make data-driven decisions Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (multichannel approach – not only being offline but also being online is normal to you) The understanding that changes are natural , so you can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously High self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude Excellent command of written and spoken Polish (at least B2 level) and English (C1-C2) What you additionally get: Attractive salary commission for closed deals Cooperating closely with entrepreneurs from Europe and the US , helping them transform the world around us Taking part in business trips and events all over the world Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends Continuously improving through feedback Boosting sales and contributing to our long-term business growth Psst… You don’t match all of the items on our requirements list?
