Position: Junior Customer Service Specialist with German (fully remote possible) Location : hybrid work, office - Wroclaw, remote Your role and main tasks The goal of the Position: Professional handling and processing of inquiries from our German and Polish customers via email and telephone, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Daily tasks of the position: answering mainly telephone inquiries from our German customers, occasionally also from Polish customers, direct cooperation with our payment and claims team to find the best solutions for customers, support for back-office tasks (return settlement), ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative standards of tasks performed are maintained. You will need Professional requirements for the candidate: Very good German skills, both spoken and written - grammatically correct (min.
