Category Management Manager Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Your responsibilities supervision of selected product categories at petrol stations; supervising the proper implementation of contracts with suppliers in the assigned categories; negotiations with suppliers and producers; analysing assortment, pricing and promotional needs at service stations; settlement of marketing services with suppliers/producers; participating in the sales planning process for non-fuel goods/services; analysing sales in subordinate categories; managing assigned product categories (introduction to sales, monitoring of sales, withdrawal from sales, negotiation of purchase prices, setting of selling prices); developing and ordering changes to planograms; planning and implementing promotional activities within the assigned categories; making sales forecasts in assigned categories and executing annual category plans; tracking market trends for the categories; monitoring competitor activities. Our requirements min. bachelor's degree; min. 3 years' experience in a similar position in the retail industry; very good commercial knowledge, advanced knowledge of FMCG assortment; knowledge of category management; ability to build and implement product category strategies; ability to identify opportunities and threats in ongoing projects; strong commercial negotiating skills; proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and Power Point; ability to think analytically and work with large amounts of data; ability to work under time pressure, teamwork, communication skills, flexibility; driving licence (cat. B); knowledge of English on an intermediate level.
