We are on a journey to further provide the best RE classifieds platform for Agents and set new market standards. We do this by focusing on tools and processes that help Agents to increase efficiency and help grow their business.What you will be doing:Enable Agents to publish and manage their content across our Ecosystem through their preferred channelsWe expand the overall product offer for Agents help them grow their business and drive leads for themDefine the quarterly OKRs and plan the roadmapWork with the product development team to deliver features that impact the way our users interact with the platformConduct experiments and run A/B tests to understand which initiatives will have the most impact on success metrics you definedCreate and prioritize hypotheses, initiate user research and work with product analysts, data scientists, tech leads and UX researchers to understand user problems and verify ideasBuild and continuously refine the delivery and opportunity validation backlog and define metrics that measure our successCollaborate with other teams to enable them to deliver marketplace-enhancing featuresCoordinate the delivery of the roadmapManage the stakeholders to have everyone on the same pageYour Profile:Extensive years of experience in product management - ideally within an international set-up and at a high-traffic consumer Internet or e-commerce companyExperience in B2B2C facing products Curiosity! – initiative to dig into the why, what & howExperience in hypothesis and data-based product development, e.g., user and market research, validating ideas, experimentation, A/B testing, usability testing, data analysisCapability to understand technical concepts and discuss deep technical topics with development teamsExperience working with agile product development teamsExcellent written and oral communication skills.
