Your future companyFor our client - a global leader from production industry- we are currently looking for a Finance Manager with a Commercial background and fluent French.RequirementsOver 10 years of relevant experience in commercial finance, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting within a multinational corporation.Proficiency in financial statement analysis and accounting processes within the industry, along with a solid grasp of the business rationale behind financial metrics.Strong understanding of revenue, pricing, margin, and related areas.Master's degree in Finance/Accounting. Alternatively, completion or progression towards an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) is preferred if undergraduate studies are not in Finance.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to synthesize and interpret large datasets into actionable insights.Self-motivated with a high-energy demeanor, thriving in environments characterized by growth, change, and opportunity.Team-oriented with adaptability to navigate complex scenarios.Fluency in English and French is mandatory, accompanied by robust communication skills.ResponsibilitiesOffer strategic financial collaboration to sales and functional leaders (Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.).Cultivate effective relationships and ensure proper alignment with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the market Sales AVP to devise a market strategy in accordance with the Market Goals and Objectives outlined by Division Leadership.Develop deployment and execution strategies alongside Market Leadership, working collaboratively to empower and inspire the organization to achieve desired results with fervor and a high level of accountability, maintaining elevated stewardship standards.Steer business performance, in conjunction with the local management team, to meet financial plan commitments.Continuously evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities, driving initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
