We are looking for an effective Sales Manager to work on international leads and projects, in terms of increasing company's market share. Key responsibilities for current position in our company are: - Managing of overall Client satisfaction in terms of collaboration with TechWings - Being responsible for the whole Client onboarding process - Operating on external leads - Key Account Management for company's clients - Close cooperation with other company's departments in order to ensure the highest possible level of implementation of the services offered Requirements - At least 4 years of international B2B business development experience in the IT consulting or IT solution selling - Experience in building trusting partnerships with different Clients (from start up’s to enterprise) - Good understanding of software development environment - Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests - Excellent command of English with effective business communication skills Benefits Flexible working hours; International team of professionals; A competitive compensation that takes skills and engagement into consideration; Ability to practice English with native speakers; Opportunities for professional growth; Minimum bureaucracy.
