Service Delivery Team Lead- Network Access

Your role & responsibilities: Providing and maintaining the expected service with agreed quality Ensuring KPIs of the service are met in terms of availability and performance Regular KPI reporting to functional superior Providing internal service production costs for service cost calculation and budgeting Demand, control and support the continuous service improvement processes Providing and keeping service documentation up to date (including technical, operational, compliance aspects) Global service management (based on MAHLE standards / ITIL) Ensuring quality in project management and service delivery process, including cross-divisional service improvement process Controlling and coordinating different critical applications / services Your skills & strengths: Min 5 years of professional experience at similar position Knowledge and excellent understanding of related business processes and infrastructure technology for responsible service area Good knowledge of project management Good knowledge in Network Technology and Network Administration (LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN) Good knowledge of service controlling and financial /license management for services Very good English skills Project Management and self-organization skills Leadership experiences (especially leading global teams), leading by example, staff motivation, Staff evaluation and development Intercultural experiences See what we can offer you!
