Aryzta Bakery - servicing large retail customers       2. Aryzta QSR - servicing  Quick Service Restaurant chains and        3. Aryzta Food Solutions  - servicing large numbers of individual customers mainly in foodservice     The position Reporting to the Group General Counsel, as a Group Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards across all regions where it conducts business. You will develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to mitigate risk and maintain the company's reputation for integrity and ethical business practices.   Principal Responsibilities Continue development of the comprehensive global compliance program that encompasses all relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards. Amend and extend the Compliance roadmap as necessary. Work in conjunction with Group Procurement to ensure the complex compliance agenda with the supply chain is adequately supported and monitored. Conduct regular audits, due-diligence, vulnerabilities, and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and areas for improvement. Roll-out specific compliance programs, as necessary. Prepare draft policies and procedures where required. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures, including anti-corruption, anti-money laundering (AML), data privacy, codes of conduct and trade compliance. Launch appropriate modules on the internal eLearning platform. Monitor, in collaboration with in-country compliance champions, changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the company's operations, advising senior management and the appropriate board committees on necessary adjustments to the compliance program. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal audit, HR, finance, country leadership and legal teams to ensure that compliance considerations are integrated into business processes, systems, and product development initiatives. Coordinate and Investigate allegations of compliance violations and manage the implementation of appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Become the owner of the company-wide whistle-blower system. Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports in a timely and accurate manner. Work in collaboration with the ESG team in compiling data and input into reporting requirements both internal and public. Equally, work in collaboration with the Investor Relations team in drafting any external communications with respect to Compliance. Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors, coordinating responses to inquiries and examinations. Act as Chair of the Human Rights Office in Germany Engage the appropriate external advice to optimally support the Compliance function. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in compliance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.   Experience Dedicated and detail-oriented with several years of experience in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in a worldwide group context . Adept at developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, and providing guidance to mitigate risks. Seeking to leverage expertise in regulatory compliance to contribute to the success of ARYZTA AG   Requirements Strong knowledge of international regulations and standards, including but not limited to The Swiss Code and EU Legislation and Guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs in a multinational environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify compliance risks and develop pragmatic solutions to mitigate them. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, especially with Legal, Audit and Leadership teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience of communication to, and taking direction from the Executive, Board and Committees of a public company   Minimum Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Finance (Audit), or related field.
