Join us in creating a future beyond fossils!We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative (area accounts Manager), Romanian and Russian Speaker to join our UPM Raflatac team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.Greetings from your future manager - Sławek, Senior Manager, Inside Sales EMEIA.What you will doDevelop sales, maintain profit margin in line with the targets for the given existing customer portfolio (regular accounts)Responsibility to achieve or overachieve country revenue and volume sales KPIs as well as individual targets for the Inside Sales organizationAcquire and develop new customers, maintaining relationships with the existing ones and when needed actively involve relevant parts of the organization to support themEffective usage of sales tools (Salesforce and other internal CRMs) to ensure all customer information is up-to-dateRegular reporting towards direct line manager and close collaboration with country field Sales ManagerKeep accounts receivables on target level and take action in case of overdue paymentsProvide product consultancy upon customers’ needs via phone/Teams/e-mailGather market and business intelligence on customer needs and competitors activityWhere required, be able to participate in industry events and exhibitions (including international travels)Continuous alignment to changing work environment and development of required skills and knowledge for this roleWho you areYou are fluent in Romanian and Russian, both written and spoken, allowing smooth selling communication via phone; in addition good English is requiredYou have min 1-3 years of previous work experience in sales or customer service, especially in selling on the phone and ideally in B-to-B environmentYou present excellent communication and team work skillsKnowledge of the packaging or labeling industry and market or relevant commercial degree/education is considered an assetThis is what we offer for youA meaningful job – We have an inspiring purpose ‘We create a future beyond fossils.
