AP Team Manager Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Managing a team with a focus on effective operational execution, being responsible for the short to mid-term operational and tactical team activities. Managing the relationship with outsourced provider including period end close activities associated with P2P processes. Identifying, recommending, and assisting in implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity gains across the Company. Ensure delivery in alignment with the service portfolio and to meet the agreed deadlines and Service Agreements Ensure timely and accurate posting of incoming invoices, payment process, finance close activities, standard reporting, coordinate month end closure – all tasks performed by AP Team. Manage query resolution Lead and coach individuals to develop a high performing team. Create a continuous improvement environment by setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring corrective actions are taken when required. Ensure policies and procedures are maintained and implemented. Manage workload of team Active engagement and best practice sharing with other team managers. Follows accounting and tax laws standards. Maintains various fiscal information, files, and records to provide an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance. Support Senior AP Service Delivery Manager in any additional activities and ad hoc requests. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion. Our requirements University Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance Proven experience in PTP function, including experience in managing people within SSC/BPO environment. Knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices Fluent English. Understanding of accounts payable end to end process. Project and change management capabilities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially very good MS Excel skills. Excellent communication skills. Problem solving and analytical skills. Must have good time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines Positive & friendly attitude. Change Management skills to assess the organization’s ability to absorb change, implement changes smoothly and consistently across locations. Experience in transferring processes will be an asset.
