EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.Within the Product and Solutions department, we are seeking for a highly motivated Group Product Manager with a strong business orientation to drive the success of our product Sustainability Ratings - Requesting experience. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives, and ensuring the success of our products in the market. You will report to the VP of Product Management.In this role you will:Product Strategy and Market AnalysisDevelop product strategy aligned with the overall business goals, ensuring products contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion.Lead market analysis, identifying business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing success in the market.Product DevelopmentDefine the short-term and medium-term roadmap that translates strategy into action.Be accountable for roadmap completion. Coordinate Design, Engineering, Product Owners, Methodology, Academy and Platform resources to ensure delivery of the Product RoadmapDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights and drive product improvements.Field & Customer EngagementIn partner with pre-sales team, build a Field Engagement plan to maximize efficiency of our frontline team, coordinate team members contributing to the organizational readiness to market and sell new innovationCoordinate the cross-functional team contributing to the solution, in particular through facilitation of cross-functional meetings such as the Solution PodsCoordinate with leaders in the organization to reach P&L objectives. Address and resolve operational issues with key organizational stakeholdersQualificationsProven track record (10+ years) in product management at a software company with a focus on driving business success.Experience in sustainability with knowledge of supply chains and procurement is desired but not required Expertise in product strategy and product development: ability to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs.Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.Data analysis and metrics creation: ability to collect, analyze and interpret data and develop, implement and monitor key performance indicatorsYou are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems;Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box;You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience;English at full professional proficiency level - additional languages a plusAdditional InformationLocation: WarsawEveryone at EcoVadis contributes to a culture of trust, respect and empowerment.
