We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer. As Vice President of Elekta Business Services (EBS), you will report to our CFO and be responsible for all operations of the EBS with approximately 100 FTE in the initial scope.The operational delivery spans across five functional areas: Finance, Customer Service, Human Resources, Quality & Risk Assurance and Administration roles. In each area, you will share leadership with functional owners to ensure end-to-end process ownership in the organization.As the Vice President, EBS you will also be responsible for people management, including staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/functional training, and measuring individual and team performance. In addition, you will provide feedback, counseling and coaching as needed, managing corrective action processes and managing the annual salary planning process.ResponsibilitiesLead the EBS operations to partner, support and administer processes and services across Elekta operations.Modernize and improve digitalization in EBS.Enforce best practices, scope completion and best practices in EBS operations.Lead the people management in EBS to secure and engaged and competent workforce.Develop, communicate, and implement EBS strategic directions.Ensure and develop excellence in financial reporting and accounting.Improve excellence in the service function.Lead important regional initiatives aimed at improving financial performance and efficiency.Provide the highest level of advice and recommendations to the function head.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial operations.Drive engagement and promote excellent leadership according to Elekta leadership cornerstones.Ensure policies and procedures are in line with Elekta globallyWhat you bringMaster's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited university.Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or related fields.Proven track record of leadership and strategic decision-making in a corporate environment.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.Knowledge and application of quality improvement processes.Experience of building effective and diverse teams.Why should you join Elekta?
