As a key member of our  team, you'll play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining robust non-financial data management processes and systems and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of non-financial data related to sustainability & ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).  Together with the ESG team, you'll be responsible for ESG performance, contributing to Allegro's commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. Implementing standards and non-financial reporting policies & procedures in non-financial controlling Strong collaborating with the ESG team in overseeing the development and maintenance of quarterly monitoring of ESG performance Managing the settlement & maintenance of the ESG data tool, focusing on data automatization and quality Preparing estimations to assess whether plans are on track Coordinating non-financial mandatory audits and verifying data Managing settlement & maintenance of vPPA financial evaluation This is the right job for you, if: You have a financial background with practical experience in data management and validation procedures You possess experience from working in ESG audit or managing an end-to-end audit cycle Your numerical skills rank above the 90th percentile in the market You are open to cooperating with business stakeholders and sharing knowledge You have strong process design skills You have a keen interest in working with ESG accounting and controlling, with an advantage if you have experience with relevant ESG reporting guidelines, carbon footprint calculation, ESG standards, and ESG reporting schemes You are fluent in English and Polish What we offer: A hybrid work model.
