Make It With Pride.In this role, you will provide end-to-end support on gathering technical data about the raw materials we get from our suppliers. Your responsibilities include interpreting technical reports, analyzing the results of assessments of compliance, planning, and implementing assigned processes and taking corrective actions when necessary. You will also need to develop a strong working relationship in your function and cross functionally as well. This role requires good understanding of the characteristics of food ingredients (like allergens, nutrients, composition etc.), as well as basics in food safety and microbiology.How you will contributeThe person in this position will closely cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain the necessary technical information, which will be reflected in our specification management system (PLM). This role will provide specification management support focused on gathering the necessary data through the Ingredient Supplier Questionnaire (ISQ), reporting work progress on SharePoint applications, and using other internal tools (i.e., MS Excel, Power BI dashboard).Your primary responsibilities:E2E management of the ISQ (Ingredient Supplier Questionnaire) process. ISQ is a significant component of the Ingredient Specification creation/maintenance, throughout the Material Request Form (“MRF” workflow tool).Customization of ISQs according to country/region requirements.Close collaboration with ISM (Ingredient Specification Managers), Research and Development (R&D) Product Developers, Regulatory, Global Food Safety for ISQ reviews, approvals, and consultations to ensure data accuracy.Close collaboration and coordination with suppliers to obtain information required for completing ISQs for ingredient specification creation/maintenance.Daily reporting on ISQ progress through available tools. What you will bring:Bachelor’s/Engineer’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical and/or Food Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent.Self-starter with a willingness to learn and make decisions driving task progress.Creative, agile, and continuous improvement mindset.Ability to build successful relationships with the team, and internal/external stakeholders.Excellent oral and written skills - strong proficiency in English (B2/C1) as this is a global position.Problem solving skills.Strong attention to detail.Strong organizing skills and ability to communicate project/task status.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Power BI skills are highly welcome).Expertise in PLM application is welcome but not a must.The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.Business Unit SummaryMondelēz International, Inc. empowers people to snack right in over 150 countries around the world.
