Expert Strategic Workforce Planning & People Analytics (all genders)

The primary role of the Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Expert will be to contribute to the evolvement of Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) on a group-level, as well as drive the closely linked Analytics topics. You will be part of the SWP & Analytics team that has the objective to ensure that across Merck the people component is added to business strategy, and work towards the right strategic workforce scenarios and plans, underpinned by data driven insights. Furthermore, you will continuously contribute to the broader, evolving, HR Data & Analytics ecosystem that provides the relevant data sets required for key insights. This role will ensure that, across identified business priority areas at Merck, the right workforce quantity, costs and skills needed are planned for and that gaps are translated into practical interventions and measured over time.
