Join our growing team as: TECHNICAL WRITER As a part of our team, you will: Work closely with Development team to ensure accuracy of documented content Meet with engineers, programmers, project managers to learn about and fully understand product Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team Gather feedback from users, engineers, developers to improve technical documents Produce high-quality technical documentation based on company guidelines and standards Proofread, revise, and apply updates to technical architecture and design documents, presentations, instructions, FAQs, and other communication materials Write easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides What we expect: Previous experience in a Technical Writer’s position no less than 3 years Excellent written skills in English, Latvian on conversational level Ability to analyze and describe complicated technical concepts, and create graphic content (diagrams, graphs, etc.) High sense of responsibility, analytical mind and attention to detail Ability to work in a team and learn fast IT industry knowledge highly desired What we offer: Unique opportunity to work with one of the most widely used monitoring software’s in the world Work in the international business environment (Zabbix has subsidiary offices in Japan, Brazil) Time away from B2B contract obligations in case of vacation or sick time Company's courses, training sessions, professional and higher education compensation, conferences Financial bonuses and rewards
