Responsibilities Ensuring prompt and accurate HR Services delivery in respective teams according to the defined Service Level Agreements and signed-off Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), agreed KPIs and quality targetsDelivering HR transformation Program on agreed timeline together with global project team and nominated team membersSetting targets and manage performance for direct reports (2-3 Team Leaders)Providing support and guidance on diverse HR Operations queriesContinuously focus on process standardization, improvement and quality Supporting or leading various projects as assigned by a direct manager Requirements Solid (8+ years) experience in people management, including managing complex processes and teams (15-20+ people), preferably within international environment in HR Management (Shared Services Operations will be an advantage)Advanced in written and spoken English & German language (C1)Experience in Workday and ticketing tool eg Service NowHigh degree of initiative-taking behavior and result orientationExcel in positive energy, optimism and enthusiasmClear drive for results and demonstration of a real ‘can do’ mentalityExcellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Experience in collaborating with Worker's Council will be an advantageCareer with a purposeWe offer an opportunity to create and deliver treatments that save and change lives for the better.
