Junior Business Manager

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Manager to join our dynamic team in Wrocław and contribute to the growth and success of Prime Group!What You Will Do:As part of our team, you will be responsible for Business Development, Management, Hiring, and People Development.You will:Conduct market research to identify potential clients and build a client portfolio.Expand our business locally and internationally, ensuring brand implementation.Participate in client meetings, building strong relationships to understand their needs and expectations.Engage in the recruitment processes and focus on the development and management of your team, supporting their career paths, motivation, and engagement.Are you aligned with what we are looking for?
