The company prides itself on having a compact team of experts and managers. Therefore, our client is searching for an individual who is operationally hands-on and detail-oriented.Job DescriptionAssume full responsibility for overseeing the company's accounting and tax policiesImplement strategies to optimize both tax policies and the broader accounting domainDrive initiatives to reduce costs effectivelyProvide supervision for the finance, accounting, controlling, and IT departments, focusing on optimizing the accounting-payroll systemDevelop a comprehensive reporting planSupervise the preparation of (consolidated) financial statements and reportsEnsure accurate reporting across all areas, including investment settlements and fixed assetsRegularly and efficiently provide data to the company's managementOptimize the structure of costs and asset levels through careful assessmentPrepare and communicate a detailed plan for budgetingCoordinate the budgeting process across the entire organizationDeliver comprehensive reports on budget executionIdentify opportunities for optimization and potential risk areasThe Successful ApplicantHigher education in a relevant field: finance, economics, accounting, or a related disciplineMinimum several years of experience in positions within audit firms (BIG 4, at the Manager+ or Semi-Manager level) or roles related to financial management in corporations. Experience as Deputy CFO or Head of Accounting/Finance is highly desirableExperience in tax and audit, with a strong background in implementing tax strategiesAdditional qualifications such as KIBR, ACCA, CIMA are advantageousProficient knowledge of accounting regulations, CIT, PIT, VATKnowledge of investment project evaluation and financial modelingIn-depth expertise in financial and managerial accountingStrong analytical and data synthesis skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsTeam management skillsCan-do attitude, problem-solving orientation, and attention to detailEagerness for professional development and achieving new heightsFluency in English as a must haveWhat's on OfferThrilling role in a rapidly expanding companyEmpowerment and ownership of processesCompetitive salary package
