  • Coordinate monthly performance management cycles, business forecasts, business planning, actual analysis, and reporting activities within one of the company's European divisions.
  • Facilitate communication among business partners, including the sales organization, supply chain, market controlling teams, and European and US headquarters, regarding planning and analysis matters for the division.
  • Collaborate with Divisional Managers and their direct reports to control spending levels and address issues within countries.
  • Oversee the accounting and month-end close process through actual analysis and control.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of forecast and plan data to corporate systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials promptly to support senior leadership in business planning and strategic review meetings, drawing conclusions based on key financial and business drivers.
  • Develop and enhance management reports to facilitate better business decisions.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide value-added business analysis.
  • Serve as an expert in systems and management reporting for divisional stakeholders and deliver various ad hoc analyses.
Hybrid work model|International company - SSC
  • Over three years of applicable experience in controlling, forecasting, planning, and financial management reporting within a multinational corporation.
  • Holds a university degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, or business management; while a professional qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of financial processes in industry and business, with insight into the underlying factors driving financial figures.
  • Demonstrates robust analytical capabilities and the aptitude to pinpoint key business challenges and offer viable solutions.
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, enabling the clear explanation of financial and performance data to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM or similar tools) is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel modeling.
