Control of Works and Space Workflow Manager Miejsce pracy: Kraków Your responsibilities Lead a team of control of work and space professionals Design, implement and maintain policy Oversee a permit assurance operation Participate in creating and enhancing our safety culture Maintain accurate records Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors Deal with enquiries regarding control of work and space Deliver training to suppliers and contractors Monitor compliance Prepare reports Participate in audits Assist in any other site requests or EHS work Our requirements Language - fluency in written and spoken English and Polish Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, etc) Health and Safety qualification, Nebosh / IOSH / other Risk assessment/Method statement understanding Computer literate The ability to lead a team Broad technical knowledge of facilities management and building systems Experience of leading other professionals Responsive to customer requests in an empathic, supportive and productive manner Experience of working across national borders. Optional Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and construction techniques Language - business fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Hebrew would be a bonus.
