Junior Airport Cost Controller

Tasks Checks and reconciles accounting documents and data received with regard to its complete information and clarifies incomplete information with suppliers and/or customers’ field office branch Supervises and reconciles the accounts assigned to him to clarify open items in pending or current accounts Monitors discrepancies between the expected cost positions and the incoming invoices, proactively initiates corrections in internal IT System or suppliers debit notes Reconciles physical or scanned document information with accounting information Monitors statuses of own open cases Provides Information to the respective finance department or airport management teams (such as unpaid receivables, open items that could not be clarified etc.) Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy is maintained *Second language support – contacts directly with customers, independently handles of incoming/outgoing communication verbal & written in a second foreign language * Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors Benefits Free parking, Flight privileges, Support for relocation, Employee events (summer festivals, participation in sports competitions etc), Hybrid working possible, Flexible working hours, Development programs / Training opportunities, Health Plan, Lockers for cyclists / sportsmen, Have a showerRequirements Master/Bachelor degree or at least accomplished 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines x Excellent command of all Windows applications Good command of English, both written and spoken Required Soft Skills Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work Strong time management and organizational skills Analytical and conceptual mindset Numeric skills Team player Customer orientation Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment High precision, dedication to deliver the objectives on time Pro-activeness, improvements driver Willingness to participate in the projects Flexibility and adaptability Willingness to travel * CV/Resume required * Must possess permit to work in Poland
