For almost 160 years, SUEZ hassupported local communities and industrial companies in the management ofessential services such as water, waste, and air quality. As such, SUEZproduces drinking water for 66 million people worldwide, recovers 2 milliontons of secondary raw materials per year, and generates TWh of renewableenergy from waste. You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region..WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Suez Poland is looking for an HR Manager Mission SUEZ is present in Poland with 3 different entities and 5 sites: Czernica, Mława, Białystok, Warszawa and Mikołów. SUEZ Poland operates different businesses related to the water and waste treatment: development of new water projects (from the design and build of water treatment plants, to their operation and maintenance), development of EfW (Energy from Waste) projects, and delivery of smart solutions products and services to water utilities. Roles & Responsibilities The HR Manager provides full life-cycle human resource and talent development support for the organization, performing as a key business partner to the management team by analyzing, recommending, developing and implementing people programs, in alignment with Group guidelines and long-term strategy, while taking care of day-to-day activities related to people matters. The HR manager influences local policies considering and following social and economic regulations/trends. As part of his/her role, he/she will be in charge of: ·Managing talent attraction and recruitment, being in charge of the full recruitment cycle. ·Define a training plan integrating training and development needs of the teams. Select external training providers and partners. ·Implement an onboarding program. ·Support managers in implementing all local and global HR initiatives, policies & procedures. ·Lead performance and development reviews to address objectives with the management, in line with the Group guidelines and practices. ·Run talent identification process and succession planning. ·Launch Group engagement survey and build action plans together with the management. ·Manage all the labor aspects, employment regulations and relations, with the support of our legal and payroll counsels. Support employees on all these aspects. The position is based in Warsaw with regular trips to the other offices / sites in Poland. Which skills and experiences you will need to succeed in this role? ·Education: bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field. Candidates with a master’s degree will be highly valued. ·HR experience: previous experience of at least 5 years in HR generalist roles is essential. Experience in the environmental industry will be valued. ·Languages: English (advanced level) is a must, and Polish. ·Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills with the different stakeholders are essential for the role. ·Willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment. ·Able to work independently in a fast-paced work environment. ·Problem-Solving Skills:should be able to analyse complex HR issues, identify root causes, and develop creative solutions to address them. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and navigating organizational politics. ·Willing to travel within Poland on a regular basis.BU: Water Division - Water Europe & Central Asia (except France)
