To ensure Clients' development through the coordinated management of the activities performed by the Key Account Manager and the Field Sales Manager.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Proposes and defines sales objectives in terms of volume, turnover, prices and distribution, in agreement with the Marketing & Sales Director Plans sales strategy implementation Ensures coordination of the activities performed by the Key Account Manager and the Field Sales Manager when implementing sales and distribution strategy Systematically verifies budget progress (focusing on sales, promotional and sales force costs) Guarantees clients' development, coordinating sales agreements management Optimizes the sales force activities (area coverage - planning and training/analysis) Transfers and verifies company objectives and styles, his/her staff behaviour and the results of planned activities Is responsible for the accuracy of the quarterly sales forecast entered into the system Is responsible for his/her staff recruitment, professional growth, motivation and empowerment Promotes a safety-focused corporate culture Promotes Company Principles and ValuesREQUIREMENTS 8-10 years’ experience in sales in a senior managerial role in the FMCG retail sales in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. Experience of cooperation with international retail chains. Outstanding ability to understand, analyze and implement a sales strategy and to drive sales performance metrics (margin, volume, turnover, prices/conditions and distribution) vs targets. Solid skills and knowledge of sales negotiation techniques. Proficiency in sales force mentoring, coaching and management. Polish mother tongue and fluent English (written and spoken). Minimum BA degree in business or a similar field.
