We are looking for a hard-working, highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Lease Administrator and we hope it’s you!You will undertake lease administration functions covering a global portfolio. You must understand the basics of Lease Administration and will be a key player in ensuring accuracy and management of the portfolio lease and ownership information. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:• Abstraction of leases relative to client specific lease information including various clauses and options as well as free rent, prepaid rent, security deposits, etc.• Data entry and validation of new lease information into lease administration database• Ongoing maintenance of database lease information and abstracts upon the occurrence of amendments, new locations, expirations, etc.• Update recurring charges (rents, CAM estimates, etc.)• Review CAM and other escalations including real estate tax• Reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies; and identify any potential savings or discrepancies including supporting audit and reconciliation functions.• Continuous monitoring, tracking, and reporting of critical dates to regional managers and business units.• Ad hoc administrative support for Facilities Services and Real Estate Requirements• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or associated field such as Contract Law, Facilities or other related area. • Years of Experience 2 - 4 Years• Visual Lease, Lease Harbor, Tango, Lease Accelerator, Co-Star experience preferred• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel and Power Point.• Must be able to communicate written and verbal in English which is the business language of IFF.
