Maintenance Systems Superintendent

Joining us, you will become a part of our team of more than 200 colleagues, all of whom are dedicated to support our fleet, delivering services such as: Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Category Management, Global HR (Crewing, Training, Manning, Employee Cycle, Local HR), Offshore IT, Local IT, Technical HUB, HSSEQ.You will be working in an environment full of opportunities to grow, where you will feel valued and trusted.As a Maintenance Superintendent you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of equipment through effective maintenance management.Your responsibilitiesAssisting the Head of Maintenance Systems in all system related areas to support operationsProactively identifying all areas of the CMMS onshore can be improved and optimized, both short term and long termWorking closely with the rig teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives related to improvementsDeveloping tools and programs as required to support an efficient back-end management of large quantities of dataDeveloping and maintaining business intelligence aspects around CMMS setup, supporting proactive QA/QCSupporting activities in relation to relevant import/export of historical CMMS dataAssisting in the development, tracking, report generation and analysis of maintenance system KPI’sOur requirementsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent relevant field experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, IFS and CMMSExcellent English skills, both written and spokenSQL code/programming skills to independently develop programs for analysis and mass data uploads into the CMMS systemKnowledge about CMMS hierarchy structure and individual equipment/object taggingFamiliarity with Python code or similar scripting languageTeam player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and constructively at all levels within the organizationWhat we offerGreat opportunity to work in an international company that values employees and provides right environment for right people Hybrid work (3 days from the office, 2 days from home) Chance to contribute in the high-level service provided to our rigs globallyPrivate Medical Care Life Insurance Integration Events Retirement Pension Plan Pre-Paid Cards Christmas Gifts Foreign Language Classes Development Program Company Social FundPsychological Care Sharing the cost of MultiSport Card This job position is open in Poland - candidates must have current legal authorisation to live and work in Poland.
