This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as working in an agile environment together with our change and business organization in a BizDevOps operating model., , You’ll join the Corporate Banking & International Units team, where we are different sub-teams maintaining our applications in this case the Loan IQ sub-team. You’ll take part in setting up requirements to the solution in order for us to best serve our customer’s needs. You’ll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers and change organization.Your responsibilities, Solving and support to incident and problems, Support to change processes, Analyst task e.g. maintenance requirements to the solution, Acting as change manager for maintenance tasks, Stakeholder coordination and communication, Participate in on call duties for the unit, Verification of changes can occur outside normal business hoursCollaboration. Additionally, you have a couple of years of job experience and have a strong interest in learning more about core banking. You have an analytical mind-set, are good with numbers and can compress complex topics in a simple format.
