Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description Develop and refine pre-shipment inspection protocols to align with product specifications and regulatory compliance. Conduct on-site quality checks, including regular visits to key suppliers in the Silesia region, to monitor and improve production processes. Lead the search for new suppliers and foster the growth of existing partnerships, focusing on components for heat pumps and solar products (e.g. solar panels, inverters, storage solutions). Guide new products through the initial ramp-up phase and oversee continuous improvement efforts. Manage relationships with suppliers and their production schedules and conduct annual performance reviews. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or supplier management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in heat pump systems, heating components, and solar energy products. Familiarity with specific qualifications or certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize complex processes. Outstanding communication skills in Polish and English; knowledge of German or Chinese is beneficial. A willingness to travel regularly within the Silesia region and occasionally beyond.
