Responsibilities Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI-driven automations to streamline business processes. Continuously improve existing automations by integrating advanced AI functionalities, ensuring they adapt to meet our evolving business needs. Address and resolve any challenges related to AI automations and integrations, minimizing operational disruptions. Collaborate closely with the product team to pinpoint and seize opportunities for automation, implementing AI solutions that boost efficiency and productivity. Maintain meticulous documentation of all AI automations, including detailed records of their features and impacts. Basic Qualifications Professional experience with OpenAI API, No-Code Automation Tools and AI Workflows English proficiency of level B1 or higher EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit Willing to work on-site in Wrocław Compensation as an AI Manager Approximate Salary: PLN 10000 - 34800 – net/month – B2B contract Approximate Salary: PLN 8200 - 30400 – gross/month – Permanent employment contract Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills and Experience: You have completed a technical degree at a university, an IT-related apprenticeship, or are self-taught with relevant experience. Alternatively, you might have gained pertinent skills through work in an agency or as a freelancer. You have a thorough understanding of AI technologies and automation platforms. Familiarity with additional automation technologies is highly valued. Excellent problem-solving skills and the willingness and ability to rapidly learn new technologies and tool sets Experience identifying operational issues and recommending & implementing strategies to resolve problems. While not the primary focus, knowledge of basic programming concepts, especially related to API interactions (JavaScript or Python), is advantageous. Experience with data parsing and manipulation techniques, understanding of JSON and API interactions. Deeply passionate about automation and building great processes. Good collaborator and team player, comfortable working in a fast moving team environment.
