This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.Summary:Senior Procurement Program Manager is part of EMEA Baxter’s Medical Products and Therapy (MPT) Procurement Organization.Person in that role should demonstrate knowledge of purchasing and associated materials management systems, present strong regional collaboration, manage and impact global partners.In this position you will be leading the execution of Procurement MIPs (Margin Improvement Project) by coordinating resources from Category, ISC PMO, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, RA and ensuring their proper assignment, and mitigating project timelines to achieve business goals.What will you be doing? Coordinating the formal evaluation of MIP ideas from Physical, Chemical, Functional, Sterilization, Biochemical and Regulatory perspective as well as leading end2end MIP (Margin Improvement Project) focusing on direct materials, associated processes and improvements.Acting as a Project Leader to coordinate suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, PDO, R&D, QA, TO and RA etc. to ensure the projects can be delivered on time and on target.Supporting buying decisions from various suppliers, driving investigation and reviewing all material quality complaints and problems (both internal and external).Initiating projects that eliminate non-value-added activities, increasing quality, service, and cost reduction.Collaborating with the Procurement Category team to closely monitor commodity market trends and take advantage of cost reduction, quality improvement and service improvement opportunities.Supporting the leadership in the development and execution of annual saving plans.Developing skills and acquiring knowledge in project management, purchasing related to materials management systems, negotiations, and contract terms & conditions.Who are we looking for?
