EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons.Within the Product and Solutions department, the Platform team is responsible for the development and growth of the platform that underpins our product ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager of company identification & qualification, reporting to the Group Product Manager, Platform. The Product Manager of company identification and qualification will enable identification of companies, supply chains, and partner networks at scale to enable our named solutions to deliver sustainability information, workflows, and improvement based on their data.As Product Manager of company identification, you will support all of the named solutions offered by EcoVadis (Ratings, Carbon Action Module, IQ Plus, EcoVadis Academy) to identify and unify company information. Customers need to identify their trading partners, portfolio companies, and themselves easily and accurately in the EcoVadis Network, and this role is focused on delivering and improving these capabilities. Accurate company data and adoption of the latest technologies available to do this is an integral part of our solutions and we seek to further accelerate the utilization of available functionality and develop new features for our customers.We are looking for someone with experience in the company data landscape (for example working with company data providers or company identifiers), or supporting the import of companies into a database (for example importing suppliers into a spend management system). Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in Product Management, the ability to lead discovery and manage vendor relationships, and a track record of tackling complex problems.In this role you will:Own the opportunity and solution discovery for company identification across EcoVadis solutions;Participate in the selection and relationship management of third-party company data vendors;Participate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for existing products;Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with users;Work closely with customers and stakeholders and cross-functional teams;Work closely with developing team: Designers, Engineers, SME;Partner our business intelligence team to develop appropriate internal / customer reporting and integrate product data to inform decision-making;As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of Product Management experience at a software company or product related environment (analyst/marketing/PO);Experience with company identification in contexts such as ERP systems, vendor management tools, credit rating systems or more;Experience with a business information tool such as Zoominfo, D&B….or others;You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems;You are culturally sensitive and able to communicate effectively across cross-functional and multi-regions; You have proven experience in working with various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teams;Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles;You are analytically minded to provide rounded assessment of product performance including commercial metrics; You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box;You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience;English at full professional proficiency level - additional languages a plus.Additional InformationLocation: Warsaw hybridStart date: ASAP Everyone at EcoVadis contributes to a culture of trust, respect and empowerment.
