About the department Global IT Services is a vital department in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (oCIO). Proudly ensure the right quality and compliance of Global IT deliveries. We provide a range of know-how, from IT Release Management, IT Quality and Change Management, IT Service Transition, and Test Management. It is here you embark in the IT Test Management area securing best practice test set-up across Coloplast. Senior IT Test Manager is responsible for delivering IT test management consulting and execution according to the current IT test strategy, procedures, governance, and documentation using involved IT platforms and solutions. The position includes a close collaboration with IT Test community, IT and business project managers, business stakeholders to secure the right quality of the solution. The position is located in Poland (Szczecin or Warsaw), directly reporting the Head of Global IT Service in Denmark and working on daily basis with the global international IT team. Your responsibilities We expect you have a proven track record with IT Test Management, and you can apply and continuously improve IT Test Management strategy and principles for ongoing projects. Specifically, You will Be responsible for the IT test strategy and execution, both refinement and end-to-end implementation – including the risk-based test approach and responsibility for the test tools Take responsibility for IT tests in selected programs and projects, including test strategy linked to the test tool set-up and our current processes Facilitate workshops regarding test performance, test and risk-based approach Have the end-to-end test execution ownership of the IT test scope, test processes and other test initiatives aligned with the Coloplast strategy. Facilitate IT Test community Requirements Strong IT Test Management Experience Hold a master’s degree combined with practical experience, preferably from the medical or pharmaceutical sector Have several years of IT program and project test management experience from a large international organization Have experience with leading IT test for programs and projects within . supply chain, R&D, marketing, distribution and sales and processes in an international context Can manage complex tests with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and significant costs Have experience working with both the traditional waterfall approach, agile project management and project governance methods Lead with confidence and can approach most organizational levels, take responsibility, and make decision Are fluent in English Have project management knowledge/experience We offer• No probation period – long-term contract from the start• Onsite/hybrid work • Flexible working hours, Mon-Fri• International work environment with Scandinavian culture• Opportunity to use and develop foreign languages in daily work• Fantastic work atmosphere full of respect and partnership• Internal trainings • Great company events • Sports card • Private medical care • Restaurant card• Holiday bonus and occasional cards That's not all!
