Your responsibilities: Collaborate across departments to manage budgets and resources’ allocation efficiently Lead Teams through data-driven strategies, cultivating a culture of ownership and excellence Drive quality policies to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction Empower Department Managers, ensure cross-functional coordination and set performance standards Provide direction, development, and leadership to accomplish company goals and objectives Oversee machinery utilization and maintenance, optimizing production commitments Promote transparent communication for quality, safety and personal growth Run Continuous Improvement projects throughout the Operations to achieve the savings Support the introduction and approval of all new products Implement best practices and align with the group targets Guarantee safety standards and full compliance with legal aspects Employer requirements: Master's degree in engineering or industrial technology Minimum 3 years of experience gained on a similar position Background derived from production and engineering is a must Both strategical and tactical thinking, with a proven track record of addressing challenges with innovative solutions An excellent team builder who can inspire and lead cross-functional teams Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills which will foster a collaborative environment and form successful working relationships across all levels of the organization Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international matrix organization, adapting to evolving situations with resilience A fast learner who can swiftly acquaint with existing methods and practices, as well as embrace new concepts and ideas Proven accomplishments utilizing Operational Excellence and Lean Methodologies such as Six Sigma Experience in working with ERP systems Fluency in English What employer offers: An opportunity to work with a growing and diverse business Competitive compensation package Attractive salary & benefits, including company car Career development opportunities
