(Junior) Supply Chain Analyst with Danish or Swedish

Location: Warsaw od Gdańsk, Poland Language: Danish/Swedish and English Main purpose of the position You will be part of the Global Supplier Vetting Team in Warsaw responsible for ensuring all suppliers working with ISS meet the company’s high quality and compliance standards. What you’ll do:  Execute supplier onboarding and compliance checks process in ISS systems and solutions Directly contact the assigned group of suppliers with a request to provide ISS with the required information and documentation, which includes sending emails and direct phone calls. Contact suppliers to help them to go smoothly through the onboarding process and ensure they understand ISS’s compliance requirements Track the progress of documents and information collection from suppliers Ensure updates are communicated to all relevant internal stakeholders Be responsible for managing escalations when needed Cooperate on a daily basis with Procurement representatives of ISS countries Act as a trusted consultant on behalf of the company when talking to suppliers and ISS colleagues from other offices Key qualifications:  Excellent language skills (English and Danish or Swedish) Experience in customer/supplier relationship management Additional points for Knowledge of Excel, experience in working with big systems Volunteering activity, internships - nice to have Personal skills you excel:  Excellent spoken and written communication skills Time, service and goal-oriented mindset Ability to manage, control and coordinate many tasks at the same time Ability to work with tight deadlines and with switching priorities Why ISS Since our founding in 1901, ISS has been a people-first company.
