Job description Managing and delivering digital products from an end-to-end perspective with regards to the IT&D Strategy in the Domain of Land Transport in close alignment with the Division “TMS Ecosystem” Planning the roadmap for solutions in close alignment with the Business Unit Land Transport (PDI) and the IT&D organizationSupporting the rollout of the digital product in the area of responsibility within Business Unit Land in all regionsIdentify, analyse, prioritize, and specify (internal/external) customer demands towards our digital solution portfolio to determine best solutions Determine feasibility and respective solution specifications according to IT&D and Business guidelines and strategies. Closely align with involved stakeholders ( KAM/Sales, Product Managements Land, Air, Ocean, and Contract Logistics) but also with internal IT&D development team.Transfer solutions into production in close collaboration with involved internal teams (development, test, and operations)Provide vital input into the assessment, design, development, and implementation of digital solutionsConsult and transfer know-how to internal customers and stakeholders in regards of digital solution processes and portfolioProviding effective leadership to the product team and development of people in the right wayMinimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ relevant working experience; previous exposure in Shipping or Logistics Industry is a definite advantageProven track record in agile product development or general experience in agile methodologiesExperience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementationProven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, specification, and verificationStrong business and system acumenExcellent understanding on project and application life cycleUnderstanding of business and IT processesStrong customer service orientationSelf-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skillsFlexible thinker able to operate in a changing environmentTeam player with very good communication skillsHigh system affinity and challenger mentalityFluent Business English (written and spoken)Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
