The role is to actively participate in finding the sales opportunities, and opening contacts for the Business Development Team in order to maximize the outreach of business leads among new and existing Customers across selected industry segments. Job Description: Daily research and mapping of enterprises with demands for tech talent and IT services CRM update and managing Customers information about new contacts, key decision makers and requirements, etc Using Business Development and other Automation & AI tools to keep the information flow to the CRM Assessing and qualifying quality of the contacts based on real and genuine needs Primary focus on core technologies and expertise demands within Cloud & DevOps / Cybersecurity / Data & AI domains Building tasks for Business Management team in order to maximize the Business Development inflow of valuable leads Sales activity perspective: Making daily calls, video messaging and emails for any potential prospects in order to generate leads and assess the potential of account for the BD team Social sales across platforms leveraging company’s content Providing input and participating in building sales plans with the BD team Requirements: Around 2 years of experience working in the Sales environment within B2B sector, preferred with technology background experience in Customer frontline role(s) not shy directly engaging customers in opening introductory situations Interest in Technology area Familiarity with one of the above listed technology domains on concept business level as well as from perspective of cost-benefit of technology application Fluent english or Native speaker Familiarity with modern CRM & Business Development tools Genuine ability to tell a good joke (will be assessed during the initial interview) ;)
