YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and deliver medical marketing strategy by working together with marketing and sales team Organizing the work and managing the team of Medical Representatives - assigning tasks and goals (establishing and measuring KPIs)  Follow through standard operation of the medical representative team Support team on delivering the goals and coach the medical representatives to enhance performance Using scientific expertise to develop breakthrough communications targeting healthcare professionals, localize and publish content as per latest scientific research provided by central team  Lead the KOL management activities and build relationship with key stakeholders of the industry and professional, including conferences and meetings Work closely with field sales to support the execution of medical marketing plans. Effectively manage educational and promotional communications to healthcare professionals  Monitor relevant legislation, medical issues, trends and guidelines and identify and manage risks and opportunities Build CRM activity addressing HCP network  Establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with business partners and responding to their needs Continuous monitoring of the implementation of the assigned promotional and operational budget Tracking market trends, analyzing competition and adjusting activities to the changing market conditions EXPECTATIONS Minimum years of experience in a similar position (preferred in medical industry) Minimum years of experience in managing, building and coordinating a team of Medical Representatives located throughout Poland Master’s degree Strategic thinking, innovation, creativity and complex data analysis skills Willingness to make frequent business trips throughout the country Ability to deal with complexity and fast pace of work  Knowledge of English - B minimum Experience in working in an international environment Goal-oriented attitude - I can do it  Knowledge of trade marketing activities in medical industries Positive attitude and ability to build a cooperative atmosphere in the team Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of MS Office package Active driving license cat.
