Your key objectives in this role are to strategically lead volume retail recruitment campaigns pro-actively, you will be responsible for shaping strategic delivery for new store openings throughout Europe.You'll be someone who can bring:· Strong people leadership skills · A customer centric approach adding constant operational value and confidence to key client sponsors· Experience in retail (ideally fashion)· A strong understanding of the European market· An effective team manager with a focus on performance, continuous improvement, motivation and development· You foster and embrace an inclusive culture. You are a bar raiser· Utilising data-driven methods to measure metrics, trends.
