We are looking for a Compliance Manager (High RiskVerticals/Payment Service Providers) to join our team in Poland, UK or EU. Requirements: Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a compliance role, with a focus on high-risk verticals and/or payment service providers. Degree in Law/Business/Finance or relevant certifications is a plus but not a must. Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Payment Card Schemes. Good knowledge of the payment services industry. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to diverse audiences. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the Lowest standards of integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for high-risk verticals and payment service providers. Conduct regular risk assessments on to identify potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Stay abreast of industry regulations and changes in the regulatory landscape, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws, regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and systems, especially with Sales Team and Onboarding/Underwriting Team. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance matters related to Low-risk verticals and PSPs. Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures. Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in compliance management within the High-risk and PSP sectors.
