Your Mission at CYCLE As our Central Operations Lead at CYCLE, your mission is pivotal in ensuring the seamless functioning of our bike subscription service across multiple countries and regions. You will lead efforts to optimize processes, fostering efficiency and ensuring health and safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Process Optimization: Identify and implement solutions to streamline workflows, driving continuous improvement within local operations. Quality Control: Implement robust quality control measures to uphold the integrity and performance of our bike fleet. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to derive insights, set and monitor key performance indicators, and drive data-driven decision-making. Integrated Foresight: Proactively identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor an exceptional team of Managers, fostering a performance-driven, motivational, and positive culture. Your skills and qualifications Experience: Proven track record (5+ years) in Central Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management or a similar role, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or mobility industry. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage insights to optimize operational processes. Additionally, advanced Excel skills and SQL proficiency are highly valued. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets. Ownership: A strong sense of ownership, with a hands-on approach, ready to tackle challenges head-on and thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex challenges with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset. Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Attention for Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and a continuous drive for personal and professional growth.
