About the role:The role of a Go-to-Market (GTM) Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful launch and sustained growth of a product or service within a competitive market. This multifaceted position combines strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and market share. GTM Project Managers are instrumental in orchestrating the entire process from product development to customer acquisition. Be a part of our team in which you will:establish detailed program/project plans for key strategic deliverables and drive end-to-end execution of these plans. coordinate planning and execution dependencies with teams such as Product, IT, Sales, Ops, Marketing for a portfolio of work, both locally and globallypartner with internal business leadership, ensuring the right communication and relationship channels are in place to deliver on their needstake the reins on executing and controlling programs and projects to closure.use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising their benefits.establish and run governance to delivery teams & senior leadership across the companyWhat you need to be successful:proven ability to deliver on high-profile projects in a fast-paced environmentmanage and lead teams focused on the project in multiple locationsexpertise in project management practicesexcellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and facilitation skillsinterpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externallydelivery processes and outputs and seek continuous improvement of theseLead teams focused on your project in multiple locationsAbility to present to senior leadershipAbility to manage relationships to successful outcomesProven work experience in project deliveryBA / BSc / MSc in a relevant fieldExpertise in programme & project management technology and toolsAdvanced MS toolsets a must Powerpoint, Excel, VisioCAPM, PMP or Prince certification is a must.
