Product Manager - Sustainability Ratings

Job Description EcoVadis is the world leader in Sustainability Ratings. With 1,200 enterprise customers, 120,000 rated customers and 2M+ screened companies for risk, we are on a mission to guide all companies towards a sustainable world. EcoVadis Product and Solutions team, led by our Chief Solutions Officer, is responsible for overseeing the product strategy and prioritization, solution roadmap, and cross-company coordination to drive commercial success of named products and add-ons. Within the Product and Solutions department, we are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join the team and report to the Group Product Manager for our Sustainability Ratings, Requesting product. The Product Manager will grow the sustainability ratings solution for enterprise customers and focus on the unique needs of these organizations as they manage and execute their sustainable procurement programs using the EcoVadis solution suite.  We are looking for someone with experience building or managing solutions for the needs of enterprise customers, and if possible with sustainability expertise and procurement..  Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in Product Management, the ability to lead discovery and manage multiple stakeholders, and a track record of tackling complex problems. In this role you will: Own the opportunity and solution discovery for EcoVadis Ratings - Requesting Participate in overall product strategy, including researching and developing requirements for our products; Elicit business requirements for current and future product functionalities by participating in user research supported by direct contact with users; Work closely with Engineering Team and other EcoVadis departments to ensure that deliverables meet business needs and quality standards Participate in defining and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data that drives the success of our products Work closely with development team: Designers, Engineers, SME; As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises. Qualifications Minimum 8+ years of Product Management experience at a software company or product related environment (analyst/marketing/PO) You have a good understanding of large business dynamics, ideally around sustainability practices You are familiar with Agile methodologies and have an understanding of modern web/SaaS technologies and systems; You are culturally sensitive and able to communicate effectively across multi-region teams  You have proven experience in working with various stakeholders in the business including design and technical teams; Culturally sensitive and able to manage cross-functional initiatives across geographies and working styles  You are analytically minded to provide rounded assessment of product performance including commercial metrics  You show curiosity and possesses an appreciation for thinking outside the box; You have experience and passion for designing an engaging user experience; English at full professional proficiency level - additional languages a plus Additional Information Full time position Start date: Asap Location: Poland (Hybrid)  Benefits: Support with all the necessary office and IT equipment Optional (fully covered or co-financed) health care and life insurance Multisport card and wellness allowance Multicafeteria Lunch card Annual performance bonus Flexible working hours Hybrid/ full remote work Remote work from abroad policy Internet and Electricity bill allowance CSR activities Modern, pet-friendly office in the city center (next to Rondo ONZ) Community service day when volunteering Our hiring team looks forward to reviewing your CV and cover letter / portfolio with a guaranteed response to every application.
