In addition, Kelly also offers an array of Consulting and Outsourcing servicesFor one of our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the role of:Position: GL ManagerLocation: Szczecin, Poland (hybrid)ROLE: Responsible for accounting and reporting of legal entities in the groupManaging financial activities during Month End, Year End and the budget processEnsuring timely, accurate and consistent financial reporting in compliance with both group and statutory accounting standardsLeading transition of new processes into the shared service centerSupporting key GL-related projects such as business integrations and system implementations/updatesDeveloping internal control procedures and provide up to date documentationsPerformance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team members to improveindividual and overall team productivityCreation, reviewing and managing reports, KPIs, and other key indicators of service delivery performanceEstablishing and maintaining close and professional partnerships with internal stakeholdersEnsuring local tax compliance through liaising/management of external service providersOverseing external audits including the preparation of audit schedules and auditor requests REQUIREMENTS: Preferably min. 3-4 years of management experience in finance areaAccounting and finance experience in General Ledger and Intercompany areaMaster’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting certificationDemonstrated experience and general knowledge of IFRSExcellent English skills required, written and verbalLeadership qualities and the ability to mentorExtensiveexperience in managingfinancialtransactionalactivitiesPrevious experience in migration of processes and/or system implementation preferredExperience of using enterprise systems preferred (e.g. IFS, SAP, Oracle) WE OFFER: Work from the center of the city (Szczecin) in hybrid model (2 days home office/week)Benefits package (e.g: private medical care, group life insurance, co-financed sport card)Challenging duties and opportunity to develop in finance area among colleagues who like to share knowledgeA sense of stability ensured by employment contractWork life balanceculture and wellbeinginitiativesVacation allowancePossibility to use English language on a daily basisFree access to e-learning LinkedIn platform Zawiadomienie dotyczące prywatnościW związku z rekrutacją na to stanowisko, Kelly Services działa w charakterze Podmiotu Zatrudniającego (Employment Business).
