Office in Rīga / Warsaw remote Required Skills and Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a similar position; Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage; English at C1 level; knowledge of German and Russian is an advantage; Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Experience in customer relationship management; Dedication to providing high quality customer service. Will be a huge advantage: Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting); Knowledge of German and language is an advantage (possibly excellent written); Responsibilities: Managing the daily VIP customer service via email/WhatsApp; Responding to VIP customer inquiries regarding financial transactions, betting activity and/or questions about gaming activity and general information to provide a single point of contact; Understanding our ideal customers and their relationship to our products; Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings; Researching customer needs and determining how our solutions meet them; Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
