Lead - Indirect Sourcing Miejsce pracy: Szczecin Your responsibilities Lead & Support competitive tendering for spend Lead & Support negotiation of optimal regional contracts Lead day-to-day supplier management and operations related to supplier activities Support regional cost reduction and innovation initiatives with suppliers Control and improve supplier base performance in the region Support global indirect category managers in cross-functional cooperation Execute local sourcing activities Deliver on KPIs and targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) without compromising global KPIs and targets Identification of new local alternative suppliers, that aligns with global category objectives Support development of global category strategies Support master data management Our requirements Bachelor university degree Working experience in a multinational companies and/or in Procurement function is desirable Experience with Microsoft D365 is desirable Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in spoken & written English Good ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills Well-organized and self-motivated What we offer At KK Wind Solutions, we offer you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across cultures in developing innovative greentech solutions.
